eufy’s Boost IQ Robovac 11S (Slim) is a popular robot vacuum cleaner that has swept away the competition. Several other robot vacuum models out there leave your hardwood floors feeling dusty or gritty, but you don’t get that with the RoboVac 11S by Eufy.

Several features of this model makes this robot vacuum so great, including its automatic charging, long run-time, and ability to keep from toppling down stairs. We’ll go over the most important specs one by one to help you see why the 11S is such a great robot.

Strong Suction Power

This vacuum cleaner sucks but in a good way. This robot delivers around 1,300 Pa of suction power for super-cleaning your floors and carpets.

Compared to what’s out on the market, the RoboVac 11S doesn’t have the strongest suction power, but it’s more than enough for picking up dust, pet dander, cereal, and other common floor pollutants.

Although the Eufy 11S Robot Vacuum features 1300Pa of suction power, it’s remarkably silent at 55 decibels, which is, according to Eufy “no louder than a microwave.”

Slim

The Eufy 11S is the slimmer version of the Eufy RoboVac 11+. The previous model stood stands 3.1 inches tall, but the 11S is only 2.85 inches.

The shortness of this robot vacuum cleaner makes it much more capable of cleaning under your furniture and bed frame. The shorter they are, the better they are at navigating through tough spaces. At 2.85 inches tall, you’ll have a hard time finding a robot standing at a similar height that does what the 11S can do.

Eufy’s flagship RoboVacs are among the most loved robotic vacuums on the market.

All-Terrain

By all terrain, we mean all terrain within your home. Normally, robot vacuum cleaners have a difficult time switching from hardwood to carpets. Not with this model! The large-sized wheels allow the 11S to finish cleaning your tiles and hardwood floors before climbing onto shaggy carpets and rugs to do a thorough sweep. The wheels even allow the 11S to roll over obstacles like door ledges to clean every inch of your home.

No More Babysitting

One of the worst fears we have is that the robot vacuum will topple down a flight of stairs. The RoboVac 11S comes with drop-sensing technology that detects the heights of the area in front of it.

The vacuum will automatically determine whether an obstacle can be rolled over or not. When it detects a possibility of falling, the 11S will tuck tail and run away, resuming its vacuuming tasks elsewhere.

Self-Reliant

If you’ve purchased an older robot vacuum cleaner, you’re probably familiar with the stress associated with finding your floors still dirty while your robot is snoozing in a seemingly random spot in your home.

With the RoboVac 11S, you don’t have such a problem. When the robot detects that its fuel is running low, it’ll automatically find the nearest route to its charging station where it can recharge. When the batteries are full, the RoboVac 11S will get right back to work.

Maximum Run-Time

The amazing RoboVac 11S comes with a high-capacity Li-Ion battery that allows for up to 100 minutes of cleaning time before needing to recharge. On a single charge, this robot can thoroughly sweep your floor in its entirety, possibly even before the battery runs out.

Automatic Cleaning

One of the best features of this affordable robot vacuum cleaner is that it comes with a selection of preset cleaning times.

Before you head out for work, make sure that the cleaning schedule is properly set, and you’ll come back to find your floors free of clutter. If you feel like watching your robot clean (first-time buyers will do this at least once), then press the start button the included remote control and watch it go.

A short while ago, bounce technology was expected for budget robot vacuums. Today, even more affordable robotic vacuum cleaners have a mapping function, which is a much more practical, comprehensive, and energy-efficient way to clean your floors.

Four Cleaning Modes

The 11S comes with four different cleaning modes that you can select using the handy remote control. The first mode is default cleaning which commands the robot to do a random sweep of your home until its batteries run out.

The second mode is edge cleaning. This mode makes the 11S prioritize cleaning the edges of a room. A lot of dust and other floor pollutants find their way to the sides and corners of a room, and this second mode clears them right up.

The third mode is spot cleaning. This mode makes the robot move in a spiral motion in a particular area of your home. When it reaches the center of the spiral, it’ll go straight to default mode and clean everywhere else.

The fourth mode is “Single Room”. As the name suggests, when this mode is active, the RoboVac 11S will clean one room only. Say you want the robot to clean your room but not your roommate’s. With the 11S, you have that option.

Large Dust Collection Box

One of the biggest hassles of owning a robot vacuum cleaner is having to constantly empty out its dust container. The 11S features a large 0.6 L dust box.

The frequency of which you need to empty out the dust box depends on how dirty your floors are and the robot’s scheduled cleaning times. However, at 0.6 L, that should be more than enough for more than a day’s worth of sweeping.

Eufy 11S (Slim): Conclusion

There’s nothing like the eufy RoboVac 11S (Slim) robot vacuum. Its slim design is perfect for letting it roll under sofas, bed frames, and whatever other pieces of furniture you have in your home.

The 11S comes with a wide range of premium features that show how advanced eufy’s selection of robot vacuum cleaners is. The thing we like best is that the 11S can be scheduled to sweep your floors whether you’re at home or not. However, we recommend that you teach your pets not to attack the RoboVac since it can startle them when it’s time to initiate cleaning.

In the end, the Eufy Anker BoostIQ RoboVac 11S (Slim) is quite impressive. With 1300Pa of suction, a high-quality brush system, and BoostIQ Technology, it provides an easy and convenient vacuuming experience.

But, it is worth noting that the 1300Pa of suction it offers isn’t enough for vacuuming on thick rugs and carpets. For vacuuming on hard surfaces – of any sort – it is more than sufficient. Plus, due to the BoostIQ Technology, it will automatically adjust the suction it’s using if it moves onto a dirty/less dirty surface.

Pros: Good suction, very good brush system, convenient BoostIQ Technology

Cons: Not that powerful, slightly expensive for what you get
