Tangle-Free Brush Roll
Right off the bat, you’ll notice that the PowerGlide’s floorhead comes with a tangle-free brush roll, making it a great vacuum cleaner to have around in homes with pets.
While it might struggle to untangle long human hair, short hair and pet fur should pose no problem for this self-cleaning floorhead. If anything does get trapped in there, a quick snip with a pair of scissors will clear things right up.
Despite already being an incredibly narrow vacuum cleaner already, which should make maneuverability a breeze, you can worry less about getting stuck between furniture with the swiveling neck.
This tool twists and turns around obstacles with the slightest touch, so you’ll have less prepping to do before every vacuuming session.
Optional Brush Roll Feature
What makes the PowerGlide an excellent smooth floor and carpet vacuum cleaner is that you can turn the brush roll on and off at will.
The stiff bristles work great in digging into carpet fibers and extracting hidden debris, while suction-only mode allows you to clean tiles, laminate, and hardwood floors without the risk of leaving scratches.
Febreeze Foam Filter
Unlike many Bissell vacuum cleaners out there, the PowerGlide does not use HEPA filters. Instead, it comes with a fine foam filter made by Febreeze that offers excellent dust retention and provides hints of an aromatic scent every time you vacuum.
The foam filter is washable with warm water—just make sure you dry it thoroughly before reinstalling it into the PowerGlide.

All of the collected debris is stored inside of a transparent dustbin that lets you see how far it is from reaching max capacity.
When it comes time to empty the dustbin out, CleanSlide Technology ensures that it detaches without the slightest hitch, letting you dump the contents out in one swift motion.
Convertible Handheld Unit + 3 Cleaning Tools
Just like a stick vacuum cleaner, the PowerGlide can be converted into a handheld unit, which you can use to remove dust and cobwebs from above-ground surfaces, such as curtains, bookshelves, upholstery, and auto interior.
It comes with a TurboBrush Tool that extracts debris from fabric surfaces, a crevice tool to remove crumbs from between cushions, and a dusting brush for cleaning vents. They also connect to the long neck to give you a longer cleaning range.
Wall Mount Station
When it’s time to put the Bissell PowerGlide Pet Slim Corded Vacuum 3070 away, simply hang it on the wall-mounted station, which also has built-in compartments for the three cleaning tools.
Whenever you need it, just whip the vacuum cleaner off the wall mount, plug it in for uninterrupted power, and begin cleaning.
