The ICONpet Edge wouldn’t be much of a Bissell production if it weren’t made to be as pet-friendly as possible. As you can expect from anything Bissell-related, the ICONpet Edge cordless stick vacuum cleaner comes with a tangle-free brush roll that draws long strands of hair into the dustbin instead of wrapping them around the stiff bristles.
However, it’s not completely perfect—there will be times where you have to snip off wads of pet hair to maintain optimal suction pressure, but you won’t need to do this very frequently.
Smart-Seal Allergen System
The ICONpet Edge is completely sealed from within to prevent dust particles from shooting out of the exhaust port. This stick vac also uses multiple cyclones to keep smaller particles away from larger ones, thereby leaving the filter free from debris for longer. This results in optimal cleaning pressure and cleaner floors with less effort.
50-Minute Runtime
A fully charged battery supplies around 50 minutes of non-stop vacuuming, which is much higher than the industry average for cordless stick vacs. However, how many minutes you squeeze out of your ICONpet Edge depends on how long you use high-power mode, which drains the battery roughly twice as quickly as standard cleaning mode. It’ll take roughly 180 minutes for the battery pack to fully recharge.
Flawless Edge Cleaning
The ICONpet Edge’s bevels almost literally could not be any thinner. They provide the maximum area of cleaning possible from side to side, allowing you clean baseboards, corners, edges, and around furniture legs without much trouble.
Built-In Extension Wand
The benefit of being cordless allows you to clean high-up spaces without having to worry about where you’ll plug in your vacuum cleaner. As a cordless stick vac, the ICONpet Edge is both lightweight, so you can lift the floorhead high off the ground to clean ceilings and drapes.
Still can’t reach the dirty spot? Simply extend the wand by a few inches, and you should be able to remove every cobweb from any above-ground surface.
2-in-1 Convertible with Specialized Tools
By “any above-ground surface,” we do mean any. The ICONpet Edge is a convertible, 2-in-1 stick vac that turns into a handheld vacuum unit. Simply detach the wand from the motor housing and attach any of the cleaning tools that come with your ICONpet Edge.
Our favorite cleaning tool by far is the TurboBrush tool that uses a motorized brush head that removes hair and embedded debris from upholstery. It even comes with bright LEDs that expose any dirty spots you might have missed.

When it comes to cordless stick vacuum cleaners for pet owners, it doesn’t really get much better than the Bissell ICONpet Edge.
