Assembly
The Bissell 1806 assembles easily and quickly. You will need a head screwdriver for this task to complete. Attach the body to the mop head. You will hear a click. Then insert the handle into the body. Secure the handle with the screw using the head screwdriver. Secure the cord around the cord wraps. Your PowerFresh Deluxe is now assembled.
Filling Water Tank
Your steam mop must have water in the tank to operate. The water tank is on the top of the steam mop. You have to lift the water tank cap straight up to open it. Now you have to use the water cup which is provided together with the steam mop to fill your tank.
