If you want greater control over the vacuum cleaner’s suction, you have the choice of putting it in manual mode. As soon as you engage manual mode, the suction runs for about 7.5 seconds. Manual mode also works even if the EyeVac Pet is set to auto mode.
Easy Controls
Using the EyeVac Pet is ridiculously easy since its controls consist of one dial knob, one button, and two indicator lights. Twist the knob at the top of the vacuum’s left side to switch between automatic and manual mode or turn off the power.
When you push the button on the bottom of the vacuum’s front panel with your foot, you can override automatic mode and temporarily engage manual mode. The EyeVac Pet also has indicator lights on the top panel. One light tells you when the canister is full, and the other light shows the vacuum’s power status.
Sized Just Right

Three-Point Filtration
Powered by a 1,400-watt motor, the touchless vacuum cleaner generates cyclonic suction that separates fine particles from large debris. Crumbs and other coarse particles drop into the 6.5-quart collection container, preventing clogs from forming.
Fine particles and allergens are captured by the dirt filter on top of the bin. This HEPA filter is washable, and it lasts a lifetime. The EyeVac Pet also has a replaceable HEPA exhaust filter to catch any stray allergens; this filter is located on the bottom of the left-side panel.
Light Maintenance
The EyeVac Pet doesn’t need a lot of maintenance to stay in working order. Most maintenance involves emptying the bagless bin, which has a lid to keep debris contained and a handle to tote it to the trash can. Although the bin is easy to remove by pulling it forward and lifting it up, you will need to flip it over to dump the contents.
If the inside of the collection bin is dirty, you can wash it with soapy water. You should also rinse the pre-motor filter whenever you notice an accumulation of dust and dirt. Occasionally, you’ll need to wipe off the infrared particle sensors.
