I bought a Neville 2000 sq. ft. dehumidifier. We cannot get it to drain from the hose. I have it up on a sturdy chair and it still fills the tiny “bucket”.
We have had success draining from the hose on All of our previous humidifiers.
Can someone tell me what’s wrong with our new Hevillo.
