I purchased a Dolphin Nautilus Plus CC and have had to return it for service twice in a year. I believe the unit is defective and asked for an exchange for a new one, support stated they never replace defective units. I have to pay the shipping when I return the unit. I guess I will be returning the unit until the warranty expires and pay shipping every time. BEWARE!! IF YOU BUY A DEFECTIVE UNIT, THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE IT!!!
