3-Amp Motor
Built into the Little Green 1400B is a 3-amp motor, which delivers ample suction power to remove most pet stains in just one or two swipes.
It’s not the largest motor in a carpet cleaner—as this is a pretty compact model—but when it comes to spot-cleaning stubborn stains on carpets, upholstery, and auto interior, the 1400B is certainly more than capable.
48-oz Dual-Tank System
The 1400B comes with two tanks: a clean-water tank for the cleaning solution, and a dirty-water tank where all of the suctioned-up water and debris gets stored. By having two tanks, you can rest assured that the Little Green Spot Cleaner will not spurt up dirty water when shooting out the cleaning solution.
What’s pretty neat about these tanks is that you can detach them from the main body to fill and empty them. The tanks snap on and off easily, but just make sure you snap them on tightly. Otherwise, you might end up with a puddle of water underneath the Little Green’s base.
15-foot Power Cord
Something that doesn’t get much appreciation is the long power cord. The 1400B comes with a 15-foot cord that makes spot-cleaning all kinds of surfaces super-easy.
Of course, you can always extend the reach by plugging this spot cleaner into an extension cord, which you’ll need when cleaning auto interior.
3-inch Tough Stain Tool
With the 1400B, you only have one weapon to tackle the toughest carpet, rug, and upholstery stains: a 3-inch tough stain tool. This tool has a super-narrow nozzle, which produces a great amount of suction to get at the roots of carpet fibers.
When it comes time to clean dried pet stains off of floors, a few strokes of the tough stain tool is all it takes to remove the stain once and for all.
Hydro Rinse Cleaning Tool
The biggest annoyance people might have when using a spot-cleaning carpet cleaner, such as the 1400B, is that the suction hoses clog rather easily.
This, unfortunately, is a problem that still exists in this Bissell Spot Cleaner, but with the included Hydro Rinse Cleaning Tool, removing pet hair and other debris stuck inside of the suction hose couldn’t be easier.
Just attach the Hydro Rinse Cleaning Tool, turn the device on as you normally would, and watch as it removes all of the hidden debris from the bendy hose.
