The Discovery DLS seat is also has a sensor that will be alerted when a prospective user is nearby and will open the lid automatically as they get close. However, this function needs to be manually activated by pressing Nozzle Clean and then Dynamic Stream.
Hold these controls down for three to five seconds to start up the sensor. Once this is activated, the lid will close itself after two minutes once the motion sensor no longer notes your presence.
