AIPER Cordless Automatic Pool Cleaner Review

Gone are the days of super-expensive robotic pool cleaners that couldn’t pick up a single twig. Today, we have highly advanced robots that can clean large pools without being tied down by power cords. Here, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the AIPER SMART cordless automatic pool cleaner, a one-of-a-kind robot that cleans every square inch of pools of nearly every shape and size.

Dual Brushes

On the robot’s belly, you’ll find two PVA roller brushes that actively scrub the surface of your pool’s lining. With two brushes working in conjunction, there’s no splotch of algae or caked-on dirt that can stay on your pool’s floors when the AIPER comes rolling by. The brushes excel at cleaning smooth surfaces like vinyl. Concrete, pebble stone, and other abrasive surfaces will deteriorate and even bend the brushes.

Over 50 GPM Filtration Speed

The brushes’ ability to scrub away debris wouldn’t mean much if it doesn’t have the support of high-pressure suction. Thankfully, the AIPER has just that. Rated at over 50 GPM, the AIPER delivers a powerful inward vortex that suctions up loosened material from your pool’s lining. The result is crystal-clear water and a swim-ready pool in a matter of hours.

Cordless Flexibility

Perhaps the most marketable feature of the AIPER is that it’s a cordless robot. It doesn’t rely on long, unsightly power cords to move its tracks and activate its scrubbers. Instead, it comes with a beefy battery that provides as much as 50 minutes of continuous cleaning time per charge. When the battery runs out, it requires only 3-5 hours of charging, as opposed to the 8-hour charging time of lesser cordless pool robots.

568-square-foot Reach

As stated earlier, the AIPER’s battery supplies up to 50 minutes of nonstop cleaning. This is enough time for the robot to travel across 568-square-foot pools on a single charge, which should be more than enough power for most residential swimming pools. Also, due to its affordable price tag, some customers have invested in multiple AIPERs to patrol and clean their large in-ground pools.

Plug-and-Play

The best thing about the AIPER is that it doesn’t rely on bulky controller modules to operate. Simply flip the robot over to expose its underside, turn the power on, and gently drop the robot into your pool. The moment it touches base, it’ll automatically scurry off to loosen and suction in debris. The robot also has built-in sensors that detect the presence of vertical obstacles. When it gently collides into a wall, it’ll turn and begin cleaning in another direction.

Low-Battery Awareness

Something we think is underrated about this AIPER pool-cleaning robot is its low-battery awareness. Before it runs out of battery, it uses whatever remaining power is left to find a wall and sit still. This makes it easier for owners to fish the AIPER out and recharge it in its charging dock.

Cleans Pool Floors Only

However, this cordless robot is far from thorough. The AIPER Smart Robotic Pool Cleaner has the ability to clean pool floors, and that’s pretty much it. There are no sticky treads or backward-facing jets to propel it vertically. This means you’ll have to use your reliable brush and tend to walls manually.

  1. The charger is blinking green. Usually when charging it is a constant red until a constant green when charged. What does the blinking green mean?
